If you’re a fan of meatballs, I hope you’ll give these Instant Pot Barbecue Meatballs a try.

I’m betting you will be as much of a fan as I am.

First off, meatballs are just fun food.

They are a tasty snack when you serve them up at parties.

Or stuff them into sub rolls and spoil your family with barbecue meatball hoagies.

Exchange out the barbecue for a different sauce or soup and there is no limit to what you can make with meatballs.

Instant Pot Barbecue Meatballs are perfect for any occasion

I love recipes that are so easy, yet make such a great impression.

Show up at a church potluck or family get-together with a pot of these and be prepared to handle requests for the recipe.

Of course, it’s up to you whether you share it – or let it just be our secret!

Personally, I love to just enjoy these meatballs as they are, served up alongside a big salad or steamed vegetables.

They’d be great with macaroni salad and potato salad, too.

Suddenly, I’m getting hungry!

Barbecue meatballs are so yummy to serve as an appetizer or as a meatball sub sandwich.

They’re so good and so simple to make, there’s really no wrong way to serve them.

And truth be told, they are just as yummy if you happen to have some leftover the next day as well!

You can reheat them and eat them as is or turn them into a stellar sub!
