Mojo Cuban Pork Recipe

Mojo Cuban Pork Tenderloin  is great to serve anytime

This scrumptious pork dish looks great when it is sliced on a platter and dressed with herbs and orange slices. It looks at home in a variety of settings – from your family dinner table to a huge potluck or party. And if you cook it up in the wintertime, it is a nice reminder that warmer days will soon come again.

I love the flexibility of an entree like Mojo Cuban Pork. It pairs nicely with fresh vegetables, salads, rice dishes, and more. This dish can easily be a part of a tropical-themed meal, complete with cocktails like this Frozen Pineapple Mango Vodka Slush, and of course, our favorite, a Perfect Mojito.

Tiki torches are entirely optional.
